Summer Analyst 

  • Acted as an implementation leader for 8+ change management workstreams for our client’s warranty optimization software and presented findings and updates to clients.

  • Produced a holistic savings buildup model consisting of performance projections, statistical computations, and data visualizations by collaborating with management and 3 global stakeholders to present financial benefits to clients.

  • Supported business development of a new Machine Learning software to implement client’s warranty optimization processes by constructing pitch decks, managing the workflow, and helping establish the final proposal.

  • Engaged in business development work by leading the production of the Stage 0 Pitch Deck for the Supply Chain Group’s offerings in the Electric Vehicle industry alongside Managing Directors.

  • Assisted the Supply Chain Resiliency team in organizing trainings for clients to push operational augmentation.

Strategic Sourcing Intern - Powertrain and Electrification Powertrain Procurement

  • Drove 2 sourcing projects through the 7-step sourcing progress, addressing $130M in direct material spend.

  • Collaborated across internal functions & externally with suppliers to develop a sourcing strategy that was

  • presented to the Global Directors.

  • Constructed 2 Linear Performance Pricing Models by using regression models and statistical measures such as R-

  • squared values for multiple commodities to identify $8M+ of savings opportunities.

  • Led weekly calls with HEV Battery Pack technical team to educate and gain buy-in on the Sourcing process.

  • Developed systems allowing the organization to identify global projections for all Stellantis Powertrain

  • Electrification programs up until 2030, highlighting a 60x growth of annual production in GwH.

Strategic Operations Intern - Marketing Procurement

  • Automated the Should Cost Modeling process to reduce time to develop cost estimates by 1-2 weeks, through

  • creating data structures between multiple files used by the organization.

  • Developed data infrastructure for a Marketing sourcing benchmarking tool that allowed comparison with industry

  • rates to develop target pricing for supplier negotiations.

  • Created a globally deployed live prototype tool for 3+ regions that compares internal versus external benchmarks

  • to help receive the best rates for services, decreasing purchasing costs for the organization.
